Neurological disorders are diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system including neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer‘s disease and related dementias, Parkinson’s disease, ALS, Huntington‘s disease, multiple sclerosis, but also traumatic and/or cerebrovascular diseases like stroke, brain tumors and Spinal Cord Injury.

  • Our products are small peptides derived from the most conserved sequence of the thrombospondin repeat (TSRs) of the SCO-spondin, a naturally secreted protein with potent activity during neurogenesis
  • TSRs are active domains involved in various context-dependent pathways and contributing in angiogenesis and axon guidance
